Finance Coordinator

Bobcat of the Rockies is a full-service Bobcat dealership. We provide new and used compact equipment for sale and rental. We also provide genuine Bobcat parts and complete service. Bobcat of the Rockies is your dealer for all your decorative concrete products and supplies.

Bobcat of the Rockies is seeking an attentive, process driven, detail-oriented addition to support our salesforce. Ideal candidates will be a people centric, self-motivated, collaborator who prefers team dynamics to solitary process and has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites. Prior bookkeeping, accounting, or dealership experience preferred but not required

$24-26/hour based on experience, plus quarterly bonus.
This position is Full Time, Monday – Friday. Some overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide salesforce and customers with financing options, application processing and troubleshooting.

  • Facilitate accurate and efficient application of lender ACH payments to financed deals.

  • Facilitate sales workflow via Smartsheet tool (Excel Spreadsheet) for transparency of transactions.

  • Verify and process all sales package information for internal accuracy, customer sales agreement continuity, and manufacturer requirement prior to invoicing.

  • Generate sales invoices for customers and financial documents for lenders.

  • Prepare periodic Rental Purchase conversion spreadsheets.

  • Secure SMM registration from DMV for rental fleet and manage registration renewal for rental fleet.

  • Internal/External Reporting: generating, curating, and distributing monthly and weekly equipment status and funding reports.

Qualifications

  • Organized with attention to detail and documentation

  • Must be self-motivated

  • Capable of teamwork including building and maintaining effective and trusting relationships

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

  • Prior bookkeeping, accounting, or dealership experience preferred but not required

  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimal

  • Occasionally lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds or pushing/pulling small objects.

  • Sits most of the time, occasional walking or standing.

  • Physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines which include a computer, printer, facsimile machine, copy machine, calculator, telephone, etc. on a repetitive basis for extended periods. This includes manual dexterity and vision.

  • Hearing and speaking to exchange information.

  • Occasionally required to be in the shop/manufacturing area and will be exposed to normal hazards.
